14-DAY Return Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return ,items must be unused ,in their original condition ,with original tags and packaging when applicable .Proof of purchase is required.Clothing must be unworn and unwashed ,with all original tags attached .Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.Items damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for return .

NON -Returnable Items 

For hygiene and safety reasons ,opened cosmetics ,personal care products ,underwear and hygiene-related products cannot be returned unless defective or required by law.

Return SHIPPING 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to a change of mind ,incorrect size ,or personal preference .

If you receive a damaged ,defective ,or incorrect product ,ZaiNili Shop will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item ,we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund .

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method .Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider .

Damaged or incorrect Products 

If your order arrives damaged ,defective ,or incorrect ,please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue .
